Basic information



You must inform us of the desired date at least 5-10 business days in advance.
The date is valid only after confirmation by the Wilo Service.

  • The customer or his / her representative must be present when the device is handed over.
  • Ensure parking at the installation location during the service intervention.
  • The wiring must be carried out in accordance with all applicable local regulations. For a new installation a revision report must be available.
  • Provisional or partial commissioning will be invoiced according to the pre-agreed terms.

For orders without spare parts numbers, an administration fee of 500CZK / €20 per spare part number will be invoiced.

Cena za přepravu se hodnotí dle nominální hodnoty jednotlivé objednávky. S tím, že pro jednotlivé objednávky (hodnoty jednotlivých objednávek se nesčítají) do nominální hodnoty 1 500,- Euro je přeprava zpoplatněna fixním paušálem ve výši 9,- EUR. U jednotlivých objednávek (hodnoty jednotlivých objednávek se nesčítají) s nominální hodnotou převyšující 1 500,- Euro nebude přeprava zpoplatněna.

Additional services

Speed up and emergency service interventions are subject to surcharge. Either intervention can be provided only if the Wilo CS service department confirms the available capacity.

General conditions

  • The wiring must be carried out in accordance with applicable regulations. A revision report must be available for new devices.
  • Provisional or partial commissioning will be invoiced according to the pre-agreed terms.
  • Possibility to communicate with the customer or his representative in Czech on the territory of the Czech Republic

TIME REQUIREMENTS

The estimated time requirement is up to one business day, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

PRICE FOR CANCELED INTERVENTION

The ordered service intervention may be canceled free of charge by the customer not later than 1 business day prior to the scheduled visit via e-mail to servis.cz@wilo.com.

If canceled on the day of the planned intervention but before the departure of the technician, the fee is 1500,- CZK. If canceled on the day of planned intervention and the technician departed, the fee is 1500,- CZK plus travel costs according to Wilo CS pricelist.

PRICE FOR UNCESSARY INTERVENTION

By submitting this form you confirm that the installation readiness is according to Wilo CS requirements. In case of non-compliance there will be a charge of 1500, -CZK plus travel costs according to Wilo CS pricelist.

COOPERATION

By submitting this form, you acknowledge that necessary persons will be available for the successful intervention at the location (for example, porter, electrician, installer, etc.). Otherwise, it will be invoiced as an "Unnecessary Trip" or waiting for an hourly rate according to the Wilo CS pricelist.

Should it not be possible to complete the service visit on the same day at the request of the customer to unpreparedness or non-compliance, each visit will be invoiced.

EXTRAWORK

Some extra work may be rejected by the Wilo CS Service. Any performed extra work will be invoiced according to the Wilo CS pricelist.

INTERRUPTED / UNFINISHED INTERVENTION

Should it not be possible to complete the service intervention on the same day at the request of the customer / non compliance, the subsequent related visits will be charged according to the Wilo CS pricelist.
